Haven’t weighed in.
Though glancing at my last posts - I’m ABOUT the same, typically between 194-198.
I’m confident that it’s more in my midsection and less in my muscles.
I also did not realize how long I’ve been in this RUT.
Also I now wish Tumblr showed the ‘year’ of posts… my melaise has gone on so long it’s become relevant!
I’ve lost weight and “gotten fit” before. I can do it again. I just really need to start making CORRECT DECISIONS all the time again. As opposed to making WEAK decisions with appalling regularity.
I’m not beating myself up - I still think I look and feel good. I know my reality could be improved by simply making the right decision more often as opposed to the lazy one. <- applies to all of life.

I haven’t had a weigh in since May 17th… I’ve gained weight. I’m coming in at a comfortable 200-202 lately. Since then, I’ve done virtually nothing specifically for my fitness.
This week may be changing things?
Thanks to @ianawesome - I went to the gym and did an arm workout on Sunday followed on tuesday with a chest and back workout.
It’s Thursday - and my whole upper body still hurts.
I also did about an hour of yoga.
Ironically having a cold a week or two ago got me back on track with my ‘supplement program’ - which I KNOW helps my energy levels, sleeping, digestion, etc etc etc.
Here’s the deal - NEW PLAN - for now?? Less diligent tracking / note taking. Less concern for doing things ‘RIGHT’ - and more concern for simply DOING THINGS.
Weigh in.. maintained… 194 still, nothing new or exciting there.
Haven’t been using Livestrong to keep further track of my eating, and only played soccer ONCE last week (and twisted my ankle to boot!)
I DID start a second job, as a bartender… which due to my lack of experience caused me some stress, and forced me to miss thursdays soccer game.
So less tracking of the eating.. though still being conscious of it. And still little on the workout front…

I didn’t take further measurements, OR pictures. Because realistically… little to nothing changed.
Tracked my eating well this last week… except actually for TODAY where I don’t even know what to fill in (spent the day outside by the pool, different people came by and brought different foods etc)
Workouts where non existent except for some park soccer last tuesday, and some competitive (but VERY rec league (no refs? wtf)) soccer thursday.
Looking to keep that soccer schedule up mostly, and my usual whining “gotta get back in the gym” ;)

Waist - 40 in.
Hips - 40.5 in.
Chest - 41.5 in.
Neck - 17.5 in.
R Thigh - 21.75 in.

L Thigh - 21 in.
L Calf 15 in.
L Bicep - 12.75 in
L Forearm - 10.5 in.
R Bicep - 13 in.

Little to nothing changed, and I had a busy day - neglected to blog it!
Due to the way I’m self measuring - I feel there’s inherently a lot of room for error… so most slight fluctuations I don’t take to even be reality (even on my fat % tests). Until they trend down significantly… well then they’ll be significant ;)

SO Today I played some soccer at the park with friends, very un-serious, but ran around a lot. MY LUNGS BURNED in the beginning. Cool air, and lack of cardio lately. Harsh reminder that I’ve been sedentary again lately. But it was fun, and I look forward to more.

ALSO: made delicious and amazing - oatmeal, banana, chocolate chip, pancakes. Worked out my recipe on LIVESTRONG, each pancake is only 248!!
Whole wheat pancake mix + a 5 grain cereal mix for oatmeal == good carbs
So long as I watch the maple syrup… it’s delicious, filling, and not nearly as caloric as I would have guessed. Total win.
On a side note fellas… when you make something as delicious as this? Unless they are nearby and can partake.. don’t text your girlfriend about it. It seems to create a negative reaction… ;)
Exercise: shot about 900 photos tonight in a hot club - that counts right?
Nutrition: ate a delicious street meat smokie at about 3 am.
It was a good night.
Still can’t seem to get back on the GYM TRAIN… Not sure what I need to do to gear myself up for it and MAKE the time. Friday was extremely busy for me and that’s how I “missed” it.
On a positive note, I have been tracking my calorie INTAKE pretty well thus far, and keeping it under control. I suspect on monday weigh in, there will be SOME progress… but it will be limited.
Tonight is the first night of a super rec soccer league… and I’m missing it. Time got away from me, work stuff etc. Though field conditions may cancel the game, so perhaps I’m not missing.. I guess we’ll see. Shame though, I’m excited to play some soccer again since my indoor season ended.

Musings on the Livestrong FITNESS calculator… which I feel is somewhat difficult to use.
I’d like to be able to build my workouts like I build my meals. Enter in each exercise sets/reps/weight used and then to be able to compensate for SUPERSETS? well that would just blow my mind.
I realize it would probably be crazy to get accurate calorie counts as difficulty of each exercise must vary hugely person to person….. THOUGH there is an idea!!
They could list each exercise like I mentioned and then you ‘rate’ how challenging it was, and it takes that into consideration.
I ALSO found you can add your sexual activity in there - which does make sense as… it can be active, and for those that track their calories intently… every one matters!! How do people feel about actually ENTERING that though??? Feels a little awkward filling in your sexual schedule to the good people at livestrong… on the INTERNET.
Also their ‘sexual activities’ where incredibly vague - so again feels incredibly inaccurate.
